Lose weight, burn fat and tone!!!

Boxerfit is a cardio based boxing class that is aimed to cater for all fitness levels. There is no contact it is purely pad work which is lots of fun.
My aim with the class is to burn as many calories as possible leaving you kilos lighter!!
Results you can expect:
  • Decreased body fat
  • Increased lean muscle
  • Core conditioning
  • Increase in fitness level

The great music will get you pumped for the whole hour. It’s an intense, total workout, but most importantly, it's fun!
